住院老年患者抑郁症状的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的对该院老年科住院老年人抑郁现状和影响因素进行调查分析。方法采用横断面研究方法,随机选取符合条件的125例老年科住院老年患者,应用老年抑郁量表(GDS量表)和一般个人情况调查表调查。结果被调查的125例住院老年患者中,抑郁的住院老年患者41例,占32.8%。疾病、婚姻状况、住院时间、自理能力、医疗费用、业余爱好等是住院老年患者抑郁的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论老年科住院老年人抑郁患病率较高,应引起医院老年科的重视。Objective To investigate and analyze the depression situation and the influencing factors in elderly inpatients.Meth-ods The cross-sectional method was used to conduct the investigation on randomly selected 125 elderly inpatients by the geriatric depressive scale（GDS）and the general personal questionnaire.Results Among 125 elderly inpatients,41 cases were depressed eld-erly inpatients,accounting for 32.8%.Disease,marital status,length of hospital stay,self-care ability,medical expenses and hobbies were the influence factors of the elderly inpatients（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion The prevalence of depression in the hospitalized elderly patients is relatively high,the geriatrics should pay attention to it.
