摘 要:针对焦煤公司演马庄矿27131工作面高应力、顶板破碎的条件,通过理论计算,得出工作面端头及超前支护范围内的支柱支护密度,并通过对比分析提出了"矿用工字钢+单体支柱+金属网"的超前支护技术与"长Π型钢梁+单体支柱"的端头支护技术,并对二者进行优化;最后,通过现场观测巷道顶板下沉量对支护效果进行了检验。Aiming at the high stress and broken roof conditions of 27131 working face of Yanmazhuang mine of Jiaozuo Coal Group, the bolt supporting density in the scope of the face end and the advanced supporting was obtained based on the theoretical calculation,and then, two kinds of technology were proposed after contrasting and analyzing which include the technology of advanced supporting tech- nology composed of mining I beam, the single props and metal mesh,and the technology of face end supporting technology with the long II style steel beam. After being optimized,these technology were applied to production field. Finally,the supporting effect was examined through onsite monitoring on the roof convergence of roadway.
