采用壁后注浆法处理新建井筒淋水

摘　　要：为了解决鹤壁市大河涧许沟煤矿有限责任公司新建井筒在穿越砾岩层过程中出现的大量井筒淋水给井筒施工带来的不便,对设备、管路等造成的严重腐蚀等问题,采用壁后注浆法施工在井筒主要出水点形成一道堵水帷幕,截断砾岩水水流。结果表明:该方法易于操作,整体效果较好,达到了堵水目的。Shaft watering during the period of new built shaft passing through boulder bed brought about much inconvenience to shaft construction in Dahejian Xugou Coal Mine of Hebi Coal Mine Co. ,Ltd. ,and it also caused serious corrosion to the device and pipeline. To solve these problems,the method of grouting behind shaft lining was adopted to form a water blocking curtain which cut off the flow of conglomerate water. The result shows that, the method of grouting behind shaft lining is easy to operate, and the effect of water control- ling is good, it realized the purpose of blocking water.
