摘　　要：针对新型阴极结构电解槽在启动后期管理中出现的问题和一些弊端,有针对性的对焙烧、启动和后期管理环节进行了分析,提出了解决方案和优化措施,并对每项工序的操作质量关键点进行了总结。In view of issues and a number of drawbacks of the new types of cell cathode structure appeared in the post start -up phase management , analysis was made one by one on all aspects of management such as aking , startup and later stage, solutions and optimization measures are proposed and summary in each step of the quality control of key points was carried out.
