摘　　要：在分析海军油料供应管理自身需求特点的基础上,给出了一个面向海军的一体化油料供应管理平台的实现方案。此方案采用基于J2EE的B/S多层体系结构,利用军事综合信息网和专用3G无线通信网络进行数据传输,攻克了二维码扫描凭证、舰船加油一卡通等关键技术难点,构建了一套安全稳定的、可扩展的网络应用系统。系统的试用和推广情况表明:该方案合理,经济成效显著,为后勤领域其他类似应用提供了一个通用的解决方案。By analyzing the navy to manage their own oil supply demand characteristics, this article gives an implementation for the navy integrated management platform. Based on J2EE B/S multilayer architecture, this solution used the military integrated information network and a dedicated 3 G wireless communication network for data transmission. After overcoming dimensional code scanning docu- ments, ship refueling card and other key technology, it built a set of safe and stable, scalable network applications system. The trial and promotion of the system show that, the design is reasonable, its e- conomic performance is remarkable, and it has provided a common solution for other similar applica- tion in the field of logistics.
