摘 要:通过传统的固相反应法合成了系列多晶样品,对样品进行了直流磁化强度、交流磁化率、电输运性质的测试,系统地研究了多晶样品Nd1-xSrxCoO3(0.3≤x≤0.5)的磁性和电输运性质。磁性数据表明:样品在高温区出现了铁磁长程有序态。电输运性质的研究结果表明:x=0.40时样品出现绝缘体向金属的转变。磁电阻随温度的变化曲线在169 K附近出现峰值,在5kOe外场下,达到最大值2.5%。The magnetic and transport properties of polycrystalline Nd1-xSrxCoO3 (0.3 ≤ x ≤0.5 ) samples were systematically investigated in this paper. The samples were prepared using conventional solid state reaction method. The DC magnetization, AC susceptibility and transport of polycrystalline Nd1 -xSrxCoO3 were measured using the physical properties measurement system of Quantum Design. We present the magnetic and electronic capability of polyerystalline Nd1-x SrxCoO3. Magnetization studies show ferromagnetic behavior of samples at high temperature. Moreover, the metal-insulator transition is observed in this system around x = 0.40. The Magnetoresistance peaks very close to Tc a- bout 169 K, reaching a maximum value of ≈2.5%.
