深港医疗紧密协作和医院创新体制背景下麻醉学科建设初探

摘　　要：深港两地紧密相连,香港大学医学院与香港大学深圳医院在公立医院改革创新体制背景下紧密协作将近2年。在香港大学医院管理团队和麻醉学系教授(顾问医生)团队引领下,香港大学深圳医院麻醉科通过引进香港大学玛丽医院麻醉科管理模式、医疗服务理念、流程、技术操作和人员配置标准等,给正在起步发展中的麻醉学科建设起到很好的推动作用。通过近2年来医院麻醉科在学科基础建设、医疗服务水平与病人安全、病人医疗成本、病人总体满意度以及员工提升发展等方面特别做法进行总结,研究探讨在公立医院医改新政策下建立密切的深港医疗协作对医院科室层面的学科建设所起到的积极推动作用,同时也为香港大学深圳医院麻醉学科下一步发展提供新思路。Nearly 2 years has passed since the beginning of bilateral close medical collaboration between Hongkong University Shenzhen Hospital and Hongkong University Medical Center. Under the lead of professor（consultant） team from HKU Anesthesiology Dept and hospital management team, the development of HKU-SZH Anesthesiology Dept has been smooth and rapid. By summarizing our practices in providing medical services and Dept administration, we aimed to explore the positive role of SZ-HKU close medical collaboration on speciality development and patient safety, It’ll also provide new ideas for the next step development of HKU-SZH Anesthesiology Dept.
