摘　　要：目的:了解我国民营医院监管的研究现状。方法:通过理论研究及与典型国家民营医院的监管比较研究,提出对我国民营医院监管的建议。结果:我国民营医院监管过程中存在法律不健全、部门协作力度不够等问题,需引起相关部门的高度重视。结论:应在借鉴国际经验的基础上,建立全过程监管体系和全方位监管框架以促进民营医院的健康发展。Objective：To understand the status of research on private hospitals regulations in China. Methods：Through theoretical research and comparative studies of the regulation with typical countries, suggestions on private hospital regulation were discussed. Results：Problems such as inadequate legal and insufficient department cooperation in private hospital regulation should be highlighted. Conclusion：Based on the international experience, it need to build all process regulation system and full regulation framework to promote the development of private hospitals.
