摘  要:目的:调查三级眼科专科医院开展优质护理对护士压力源的影响。方法:采用工作压力源量表对浙江省三所眼科专科医院180名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果:开展优质护理医院护士的压力源条目中的护理专业及工作方面、工作量和时间分配三方面的得分高于未开展优质护理的护士得分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);条目中的工作环境及资源方面,病人护理方面,管理及人际关系方面的得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:开展优质护理示范工程的三级眼科医院,护士的压力源发生了变化,护理管理者要根据护士压力源的变化采取有针对性的减压措施。Objective:To investigate the influences of carrying out qualified nursing to nurse's pressure sources in Tertiary Eye Specialist Hospitals. Methods:A total of 180 nurses in three Eye Specialist Hospitals in Zhejiang province were investigated with the job stressors scale. Results:The nurses with qualified nursing get higher scores than those without qualified nursing in the aspects of nursing professional work, workload and time allocation. The differences were significant.(P〈0.05). There were no significant differences in the aspects of working environment and resources, patients nursing, and management of interpersonal relationships.(P〉0.05). Conclusion:The sources of work pressure have been changed by the nurses with high quality nursing in the Tertiary Eye Specialist Hospitals. According to the changes, the nursing managers should take effective measures to reduce their work pressure.
