摘　　要：随着DRGs-PPS(诊断相关分组-预付费制度)的实施,准确的疾病分类将直接关系到DRGs分组以及医院的经济利益,因此提高编码员的工作能力势在必行。通过总结ICD-10在实际工作中的应用体会,找出不足,建议从自我学习,扩充、拓宽知识范围;适时总结、归纳编码工作中遇到的问题;定期对疑难病历进行科内讨论、学习;加强编码员与临床医生的互动等方面提高病案编码员的工作能力,以便更好地为医疗、教学、科研以及医院管理提供服务。With the implementation of diagnosis related groups-prospective payment system（DRGs-PPS）, the accurate classification of diseases directly related to the economic interests of the hospital and the diagnosis related groups. Therefore, It is imperative to improve medical record coder＇s capacity. By summarizing the application of ICD-10 experience in practical work and its problems, it considers to improve coder＇s capacity by self learning, extending knowledge, finding and analyzing problems, regular discussing difficult medical records and strengthening communication between medical record coders and doctors to better serve for clinical service, teaching, research and hospital management.
