河北省高校毕业生就业去向调研分析

摘　　要：河北省高校毕业生就业去向受个人发展空间、工作地点、工资收入、自身素质等因素的影响.他们大多选择直接就业,生源地与省会以上城市为他们的就业首选地,到私营企业和民营企业工作的居多.因此,促进河北省高校毕业生就业的对策为:政府要从省情的高度进行调控,发展和扶持民营和中小企业,完善就业服务体系,鼓励和支持大学生自主创业;学校要制订科学的人才培养方案,培养社会需要的人才;毕业生要进一步转变就业观念,提高自身素质.Due to personal inclinations, place of work, wages, and qualifications, the college Hebei province tend to choose direct employment. The provincial capital city and their place their first choice of employment in private enterprises. The countermeasures should be that the should develop and support the private and small and medium-sized enterprises, improve the graduates of of birth are government employment service system, encourage and support students with career. The school should establish the vocation-oriented education mode.
