摘　　要：目的探讨治疗耳廓假性囊肿的有效方法。方法对58例耳廓假性囊肿患者均施行囊肿前壁软骨层切除术。结果 58例患者手术效果明显,治愈率100%,无一例复发。结论手术切除前壁软骨层是治疗耳廓假囊肿的有效方法。Objective To explore the effective method of treating pseudocyst of auricle and the clinical effect of surgical treatment. Methods The 58 cases of patients with pseudocyst of auricle cartilage laYer before implementation of cyst wall resection, we observed its therapeutic effect. Results The 58 patients effects of the operation were obvious, the cure rate was 100%, no recurrence. Conclusion Surgical removal of the anterior wall of cartilage layer was an effective method of treating pseudocyst of auricle cartilage layer.
