摘 要:本文报道了雀形目鶲科画眉亚科17种鸟类核型,臂间倒位和小染色体缺失在该亚科进化中起重要作用。在核型比较基础上结合古地理以及生态资料对该类群的起源和进化作了初步探讨。The karyotypes of 17 species of birds belonging to Timallinae were studied from bone marrow cells with colchicine-hypotonic air-drying technique, The results were given as follows: Pomatorhinus erythrogenys, Pomatorhinus ruficollis, Stuchvris ruficeps, Babax lanceolalus, Garrulax pectoralis, G. cineraceus, G. poecilorhynchus, C. sannio, Minla cyanouroptera. 2n = 74± Alcippe ruficaplla, 2n = 76± A. dubia, 2n = 74± A. morrisonia, 2/1 =76± A. nipalensis, 2n = 76± Hcteropasia mclanoleuca, 2n = 76± H. pulchella, 2n = 76± Yuhina diademata, 2n = 76± Paradoxornis flavirostris, 2n=76± 2n = 76± 2n = 76± 2n = 76± 2n=76± Quantitative methods have been employed for comparing the karyotypes of the related species with in a familial group. Tentative conclusion have been drawn regarding intra-and interfamilial chromosomal relationships. Macrochromosome pericentic inversion and deficiency of microchromosomes are found to play a significant role in karyotype evolution in this family.
