摘　　要：针对某船厂建造载重量57 000 t散货船艉管轴系安装过程中出现的问题,通过分析轴系安装原理,探究艉轴在无首轴承艉管内安装的状态,结合实船选择有效的解决方案,总结无首轴承艉管轴系安装的要点。Aiming at the problem in the shafting install process of the stern-tube for a 57 000 DWT bulk carrier , the instal-lation principle for assembly shafting was analyzed to reach modes of the screw shaft installation in the fore stern -tube bearingless . Some key points of the procedure for the screw shaft installation in the fore stern-tube bearingless were summarized .
