农民收入差距的泰尔指数测度与分解

摘　　要：主要使用泰尔（Theil）指数及其分解方法对江苏省县域农民收入差距进行分析.结果表明：自2003年～ 2012年江苏省县域农民收入差距整体上较小,泰尔指数表现为“倒U型”变化特征,即农民收入差距呈现出先扩大后缩小的趋势.经过进一步分解计算,组间差距对江苏省县域农民收入差距的贡献度达到90％,组内差距贡献度仅占到10％.最后提出政策建议.Theil index and its decomposition method were used to analyze the county farmers′income gap in Jiangsu province in this paper. The results showed that the county farmers′income gap in Jiangsu province was small as a whole from 2003 to 2012 and Theil index exhibited an “inverted U shape” , which indicated that the gap had firstly increased and then decreased. The further decomposition showed that the contribution of county farmers′ intergroup income gap in Jiangsu province reached 90% and intra - group gap contribution accounted for only 10%. Policy Suggestions was put forward finally.
