摘　　要：提高设备利用率是高等学校普遍存在的管理难题。以山东农业大学为蓝本,立足学校实际情况,探索并实践了大型仪器设备共享平台运行措施,建立了仪器设备信息共享、激励和监控机制。几年来的运行表明:提高了仪器设备的利用率,为教学质量、科研水平、学科建设奠定了基础。The widespread management problems is to increase equipment utilization in the colleges and universities. Shandong Agricultural University modeled, based on the actual situation of the school, the sharing platform for large equipment operating measure was explored and practiced and established for the information sharing and incentive and control mechanisms of large equipment. Years of operation shows that： improve the utilization of equipment, lay the foundation for the quality of teaching, scientifi c research, disciplines.
