摘　　要：信息化时代高校图书馆的核心职能应该是进行专业化的知识组织,形成新的知识产品,开展学科化的知识服务。高校图书馆只有立足于学科发展,才可能完成从传统的资源管理走向知识管理,从资源服务走向学科化的知识服务的根本转变。本文从学科化服务的角度阐述了高校图书馆知识组织与知识服务的核心价值观与内涵,并从全国高校图书馆特别是985高校图书馆目前的迫切需要出发提出了知识服务工作的增长点。The core functions of the university library in the information age should be specialized knowledge organization, the formation of new knowledge products, conduct of disciplinary knowledge services. The fundamental shift, from the traditional resource management and services to disciplines of knowledge management and services may be completed based on the pursuit of academic development. The author describes the core values and content of the organization of knowledge and knowledge services, as well as the perspective of academic services, the current growth points in 985 university libraries.
