摘　　要：从辅导员工作经验出发,结合在外校走访获取的信息,归纳出新形势下高校学生日常管理中主要的思想和心理教育难题。针对难题,提出破解对策。T his article is m ainly w ritten w ith the author＆#39;s w orking experience and the inform ation is sum m ed up from the visits to other colleges.
