运动疗法对脑卒中后遗症患者康复的疗效评定

摘　　要：目的观察运动疗法对脑卒中后遗症康复的疗效。方法入选2011年7月至2013年6月我院收治的63例脑卒中后遗症患者,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组30例采用常规内科治疗,试验组33例采用常规内科治疗加运动疗法。比较两组患者肢体功能(Fugl-Meyer评分)的差异,并评价患者日常生活能力(Barthel指数评分)情况。结果治疗后试验组患者FuglMeyer评分显著增高,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),且明显高于同期对照组,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者Barthel指数评分显著增高,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),且明显高于同期对照组,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论运动疗法对脑卒中后遗症患者康复疗效显著,能够显著提高患者肢体运动能力,明显改善患者日常生活能力,提高患者生活、生存质量及治疗依从性,值得临床选择。Objective To observe the curative effect of cinesiotherapy for the sequelae of stroke. Methods 63 patients with the squeal of stroke in our hospital from July 2011 to June 2013 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. 30 patients in the control group received conventional treatment, and 33 cases in the experiment group received conventional medicine therapy plus cinesiotherapy. The primary outcome was a composite of limb function （Fugl-Meyer score） of the two groups, and the daily life ability （Barthel index）. Results Both the Fugl-Meyer score and the Barthel index of the experiment group significantly increased after treatment （P〈0.05）, and they were significantly higher than those of the control group at the same period （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Cinesiotherapy has significant effect on rehabilitation of patients with stroke sequelae is significant, which can remarkably improve patients＇; limb physical exercise capacity as well as the ability of daily life, enhance the quality of life and treatment compliance. It is worthy of clinical application.
