摘 要:采用传统的高温固相法在空气气氛中以相对较低的温度(1 173 K)合成了(Ba3-xP4O13:xEu2+)黄白色长余辉荧光粉.分析了荧光粉的晶体结构、发光特性、余辉衰减特性、热释光特性、热稳定性以及Eu2+实现自还原的机理.结果表明:在紫外或近紫外光源激发下,样品呈现峰值位于545nm的宽谱发射,属于Eu2+的5d-4f跃迁,样品发射黄白色.室温下,用波长254 nm的紫外灯激发样品后呈现黄白色长余辉现象,肉眼可见余辉时间长达30 min,通过热释光分析可算得样品产生余辉的陷阱深度约为0.67 eV.同时,本文对样品的热稳定性进行了测试,算得热激活能约为0.31 eV.此外由于Ba3P4O13晶体中存在大量的PO4四面体,样品可在空气氛围中实现Eu3+→Eu2+的自还原过程.Yellow-white long afterglow phosphors Ba3-xP4O13∶xEu2+ were synthesized through a traditional solid state reaction at a low temperature(1 173 K) in the atmosphere of air.The crystal structure,luminescent properties,afterglow decay properties,thermoluminescence,thermal stability and self-reduction mechanism of Eu2+ ions were studied.The results show that:under the excitation of UV/near UV source,the samples show a broad band peaking at 545 nm,which should be attributed to 5d-4f transition of Eu2 + ion,and the samples give off yellow light.At room temperature,the samples display yellow long afterglow after the excitation of UV source with a wavelength of 254 nm,and the lifetime of afterglow seen with naked eyes is more than 30 min.The depth of trap level in this phosphor could be calculated through thermoluminescence analysis,0.67 eV approximately.Meanwhile the thermal stability of samples were also tested,and the thermal activation energy was about 0.31 eV.Besides,Eu3+ ions could be reduced to bivalent ones in the atmosphere of air because abundant PO4 tetrahedra exist in the crystal structure of Ba3P4O13.
