摘　　要：分析军队医院临床检验管理现状,通过"先规范再集中"的方法,循序渐进地推进落实军队医院等级评审中关于"临床实验室集中设置,统一管理"的规定。The author analyzed the situation of clinical laboratory management in the military hospital,and proposed to take means as normalization management first,and then centralized management,to achieve the requirements of centralized management of clinical laboratory in the military hospital accreditation.
