摘　　要：灾难是一个严重的公共卫生问题,由卫生专业人员和受灾居民为主要参与者的灾难反应,但传统的临床型医学教育可能会导致灾难医学和当前备灾需要之间巨大的知识水平差距。灾难医学的医学教育和大众教育计划应注重实践,并有选择地应用到不同人群。本研究的目的是通过研究灾难医学在我国和发达国家发展现状,为普及灾难医学教育,对我国建立灾难医学教育培训体系提出新的看法。Disaster is a serious public health problem that the qualified health professionals and residents play key roles in the response of disaster medicine. But the traditional medical education may lead to a gap between the knowledge of disaster medicine and the current disaster preparedness needs. The medical education programs of disaster medicine and public education should focus on practices, and the training contents should be selective for different populations. The purpose of this study was to find out the situation of knowledge of disaster medicine un people, to popularize disaster medicine education. And finally the disaster medical education and training system design were raised.
