摘　　要：东盟10+8防长扩大会人道主义援助救灾与军事医学联合演练于2013年6月9—23日在文莱举行。18个国家军队参加联演,总规模约3 000人,我军派出卫勤分队和卫勤指挥人员参加联演,"和平方舟"医院船参与部分卫勤科目演练。此次联演,是我军卫勤第一次全程参与组织筹划及现场指挥的多边联合演练,也是我军卫勤参加的规模最大、时间最长、投送方式最全的境外多兵种联合演练,开创了卫勤联合演练的新模式。通过联演获得的实践经验,为我军卫勤参加国际联演提供借鉴和思考。Asean Defence Ministers＇ Meeting Plus Expert Working Groups Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief / Military Medical Combined Exercise was held in Brunei in June 9 to 23,2013,and 18 countries armies,about 3000 soliders,took part in this exercise. Chinese medical mobile unit and commands also took part in this exercise,and the peace ark attended parts of actions. For China,it was the first time to take part in the plan making and the control of the multilateral joint exercice,which was also the greatest scale,longest time,and covered all kinds of delivery mode of oversea military medicine combined exercise. This exercise has brought many experience and references for our military medical service construction.
