摘　　要：在核工业和核技术快速发展的大背景下,核能的使用频次及范围不断扩大,军队医院应对核事故引发的军事和非军事任务的压力日趋繁重,对核应急医学救援综合体系建设也提出了更高要求。本文从影响核应急医学救援响应的条件和因素出发,结合医院训练工作实际和体会,就军队医院建设核应急医学救援综合体系展开探讨和阐述。In the context of the nuclear power industry and the rapid development of nuclear technology,with the frequency of using nuclear energy and the range expanding,the pressure of military hospitals response to military and non-military tasks triggered by nuclear accident is increasingly heavy,meanwhile the construction of hospital comprehensive nuclear emergency medical rescue system has also been put forward higher requirements.Starting from the conditions and factors affecting nuclear emergency medical rescue,combined with the practical training and experience of our hospital,the theme focused on how to build the comprehensive nuclear emergency medical rescue system of military hospitals were discussed and explained.
