摘　　要：新形势下医院要深刻理解和准确把握国家医疗卫生收费政策,对大型医疗设备的采购,在进行广泛市场调研和详实的经济可行性论证的基础上,实施科学的决策。高档次检查设备的引进,既要注重设备的技术参数、功能配置等指标的先进性,还要结合医院自身的实际,更多地考虑设备的实用性,防止设备吃不饱,以降低采购成本和政策性亏损。对已投入使用的设备要加强管理,在细化核算和效益分析上下功夫,使设备尽快发挥应有的效能,产生最大的经济效益、社会效益和军事效益。To make scientific decision in large medical equipment procurement,the new national medical service charge policy should be understand accurately,and the extensive market investigation should be carried out,meanwhile,detailed economic feasibility analysis should be implemented. To buy high-grade check equipment,we should not only pay attention to the technical parameters and equipment function configuration such as indicators of sophistication,according to the reality of the hospital,but also consider more on the practicability of equipment,thus to improve equipment utilization and reduce procurement costs and policy-related losses. We also should strentthen the equipment management,especially to improve the accounting and benefit analysis of the equipment.
