摘 要:为了研究我国东北地区室内灰尘中德克隆类(DPs)物质的污染特征,在黑龙江省采集了17个室内灰尘样品,采用GC-MS分析了其中DPs的种类和浓度。结果表明,室内灰尘中DPs的总浓度范围为0.697~105 ng·g^-1,中值和几何平均值分别为9.59和9.66 ng·g^-1,其中德克隆(DP)为室内灰尘中DPs的最主要组分,浓度范围为0.697~104 ng·g^-1,占总DPs的82%。DP和Mirex具有显著相关性,表明两者可能有共同的来源。室内灰尘中顺式DP的丰度(fsyn)值普遍低于工业产品,表明顺式DP和反式DP在环境中的降解速率不同。人体暴露分析表明,1~5岁的小孩通过室内灰尘所产生的DPs暴露量最大,日暴露量为36.1 pg·kg-bw^-1·day^-1。Seventeen indoor dust samples were collected in Heilongjiang province to investigate the pollution characteristics of Dechloranes (DPs) in Northeast China. DPs (including Mirex, DP, Dec 602, Dee 603, and Dec 604) were analyzed by GC-MS. The total concentrations of DPs ranged from 0. 697 to 105 ng · g^-1, with the median and geometric mean of 9.59 and 9.66 ng · g^-1 , respectively. The most abundant species was DP, which accounted for 82% of total DPs. Significant correlation was found between DP and Mirex, which implied that they might come from the same source. The values of f, yn in indoor dust were lower than that of technical DP products, which indicated a different degradation rate between syn-DP and anti-DP. Human exposure analysis showed that 1 -5 year old children had the highest exposure rate to DPs with a daily intake dose of 36. 1 pg · kg-bw^- 1 · day^- 1
