摘  要:目的:研究纤花线纹香茶菜Rabsodia lophanthoides var.graciliflora的水溶性化学成分.方法:采用柱色谱分离技术进行分离纯化,运用MS和NMR分析鉴定化合物结构.结果:分得5个化合物,分别鉴定为咖啡酸(3,4-dihydroxycinnamic acid,1)、芹菜素-6,8-C-二-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(apigenin-6,8-C-di-β-D-glucopyranoside,2)、异夏佛托苷(isoschaftoside,3)、夏佛托苷(schaftoside,4)和迷迭香酸(rosmarinic acid,5).结论:其中化合物2~4为首次从该药用植物中分离鉴定.Objective: To clarify the water-soluble chemical constituents of Rabsodia lophanthoides var. graciliflora, one of the original plants of R. serra, a Chinese herbal medicine with protective effects on liver and gallbladder. Method: The aqueous extract of the whole plant was separated by various chromatographic methods and the compounds and their structures were identified by MS and NMR analyses. Result: Five compounds were isolated, their structures were identified as 3, 4-dihydroxycinnamic acid (1), apigenin-6, 8-C-di-β-D- glucopyranoside (2) , isoschaftoside (3) , schaftoside (4) and rosmarinic acid (5) by spectroscopic data. Conclusion: Compounds 2-4 were isolated and identified from this plant for the first time.
