摘　　要：解放军总医院在国内最早引进并开展机器人手术,积累了丰富的机器人手术临床及教学经验.针对具有一定泌尿外科腹腔镜手术基础的人员,提出泌尿外科机器人手术规范化阶梯渐进五阶段分组培训项目.具体包括多媒体基础理论学习阶段,重点是让学员掌握机器人手术基础技能知识,取得在线培训合格证书;模拟训练器模块操作阶段,主要训练各种机器人手术技能,采用手术模拟训练器系统自动评分;实物操作练习阶段,体会机器人手臂的操作过程,培养手术视觉感及手感,测定每个学员操作时间并评分;动物活体手术阶段,使学员在活体内掌握机器人手术器械的规范操作方法和体会操作感觉;观摩手术录像及演示阶段,掌握泌尿外科常用机器人手术体位及穿刺点选择,理解三维立体重要解剖标志及其临床应用,学习机器人手术步骤及并发症预防和处理原则.By first introducing and carrying out the robotic surgery,we accumulated affluent clinical and teaching experiences of robotic surgery.Based on that,we proposed a novel standardized step-by-step robotic surgery training model for urological surgeons who have some experiences of laparoscopic surgery.The first stage is basic theory study by internet multimedia,which is to get an online certification by fully understanding the basic knowledge of robotic surgery.Then comes the simulation module training device operation,mainly focused on the training of vary robotic surgical skills,which are evaluated by the system automatically.In virtual reality simulators training stage,trainees can experience the open anatomy signs and its clinical application,learn the operating procedure and how to prevent and handle the complications and every student＇ operating time and score can be determined.In animal in vivo operation stage,trainees are enabled to master the standard operation method in vivo by robotic arms,cultivating the feeling of vision and touching.The aim of the animal robotic operation training stage is to understand the right use of the robotic surgical instruments.The last stage is the operation video watching and demonstration.By this stage,the members will know the common body position of urological robotic surgery and how to choose the puncture point,understand the three-dimensional anatomical landmarks and their clinical application,and learn the operation steps and complication prevention and treatment principle of robot
