摘　　要：介绍一种在随流孕育装置上利用微波固体流量计对二次孕育下料量进行精准测控的方法。该方法能精准控制浇注时孕育剂的瞬时流量及总量,控制系统操作简单、运行稳定、抗干扰性强、检修方便。A method of precisely measurement and control of feeding of second time of inoculation in stream inoculation device by using a microwave solid flowmeter is introduced. The method can accurately control pouring inoculation instanta- neous flow rate and total agents.The control system has the advantages of simple operation, stable running, strong interference resistance and convenient maintenance.
