增加河南农民收入的途径及措施研究

摘　　要：文章在分析河南省农民收入变化特征的基础上 ,指出了河南省农民收入增幅下滑的主要原因。通过农民增收因素潜力分析 ,认为稳定增收主渠道、优化农村经济组织结构、积极发展非农经济、大力发展小城镇、建立健全农村社会化服务体系。Based on the analysis of the character of income change of farmers, the author pointed out the main causes of the slide of the scale of income raising of farmers, then some suggestions are put forward to regain the income raising for farmers. Including: stabilizing the main source of income raising; optimizing the rural economic structure; constructing the small towns in rural area; exporting rural labor forces; establishing the socialized rural service system and finally enforcing the adjustment of economic structure in rural area.
