摘 要:目的利用偏振光显微镜研究中药五倍子鞣质类化合物对人工早期釉质龋的再矿化作用。方法应用离体牛切牙制备人工釉质龋标本60例,随机分为6组:(a)去离子水组(阴性对照)、(b)GCE组、(c)GCE-B组、(d)GCE-B1组、(e)GCE-B2组和(f)NaF组(阳性对照),进行体外pH循环实验后,通过偏光显微镜观察早期釉质龋损再矿化前后的病理学改变。结果偏光显微镜下,pH循环后GCE、GCE-B和GCE-B1三组表层明显增厚,密度增加,病损体部出现呈负性双折射的再矿化条带,病损深度也明显变浅,与NaF组相同;而GCE-B2组和阴性对照组(去离子水组)除了龋损表层密度稍有增加,与再矿化前比变化不甚明显。结论五倍子鞣质类化合物:GCE、GCE-B和GCE-B1具有潜在的促进早期龋再矿化的功效。Objective To evaluate the effect of chemical compounds of Calla chinensis on the remineralization of initial enamel carious lesions by polarized light microscopy(PLM) in vitro. Methods Sixty bovine enamel blocks with early lesions were pre- pared and randomly divided into six treatment groups. The lesions were subjected to the pH - cycling regime for 12 days. Each daily cycle included 4 x 1 min applications with one of six treatments;1,000ppm F aq. ( as NaF, positive control) ; deionized water ( negative control) ; or 4,000 ppm aqueous solutions of four Galla chinensis extracts (GCEs) ; GCE, GCE - B, GCE - B1, or GCE - B2. After pH - cycling, the enamel specimens was observed by polarized light microscopy. Results Polarized light micros- copy showed that the thickness of the surface layer increased obviously in all specimens including NaF group, GCE group, GCE - B group and GCE - B1 group. Negative birefringent band appeared in the lesions body and the depth of the lesions was obviously reduced. There was no significant difference between the GCE - B2 group and DDW. Conclusion Galla chinensis might still be a promising source of non - fluoride anti - caries agents.
