摘 要:目的对安徽银莲花根茎的三萜皂苷成分进行分离和结构鉴定。方法通过正相和反相硅胶柱色谱分离安徽银莲花根茎甲醇提取物中的三萜皂苷;利用各种波谱技术并结合理化性质鉴定其化学结构。结果从安徽银莲花根茎中分离并鉴定了3个化合物,分别为3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯(1);3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-齐墩果酸-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯(2);3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-α-L-阿拉伯糖基-齐墩果酸-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯(3)。结论化合物2∽3为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To study the triterpenoid saponins in the rhizome of Anemone anhuiensis. Methods The constituents were separated with various chromatographic techniques and their structures were elucidated by means of physicochemical properties and the analysis of their spectral data. Results Three compounds were isolated and identified as 3 - 0 - α- L - rhamnopyranosyl( 1→2) - β - D - glucopyranosyl - oleanolic acid -28 - O - β - D - glucopyra - nosyl (1→6) - β- D - glucopyranoside ( 1 ), 3 - O - β- D - glucuronypyranosyl - (1→2) - α - L - arabinopyranosyl - oleanolic acid - 28 - O - α - L - rhamnopyranosyl ( 1 →4) - β - D - glucopyranoside (2), 3 - O - α - L - rhamnopyranosyl ( 1→2 ) - α- L - arabinopyranosyl - oleanolic acid - 28 - O - α- L - rhamno - pyranosyl ( 1→4 ) - β - D - glucopyranosyl ( 1→6 ) -β - D - glucopyranoside (3). Conclusion Compound 2 -3 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
