摘 要:目的建立以黄芪甲苷为对照品,定量测定红芪药材中总皂苷含量的方法。方法对香草醛冰醋酸-高氯酸差示比色条件进行优化并采用该法于检测波长528nm处测定吸光度。结果黄芪甲苷在0.080 2∽0.320 8mg范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为△A=2.637 4m-0.000 8(r=0.999 3,n=7),回收率为101.93%,RSD为0.68%。结论差示比色法简便易行,结果可靠,可用于红芪药材中总皂苷的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for quantitative determination of total saponin in Radix He@sail, using astraga- losidew IV as the standard substances. Methods The reaction condition of vanillin CH3 COOH - HCLO4 differential coloilmetric method was optimized and the method was used. The detective wavelength was 528nm. Results The calibration curve of astragalosidew IV showed good linearity in the range of 0. 0802 - 0. 3208mg, and the regression equation was △A = 2. 637 4 m - 0.000 8 ( r = 0. 9993, n = 7 ) , the average recovery rate was 101.93 % , and RSD was 0.68%. Conclusion The differential colori- merry method is simple and reliable, which can be used for the quantitative determination of total saponins in Radix Hedysail.
