摘  要:目的建立降粘胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,ZORBX SB-C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇∶水(75∶25)、甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水(30∶10∶1∶59)为流动相;检测波长:270nm,284 nm;流速1.0ml·min-1;柱温:25℃。结果丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B的浓度在0.064∽0.304μg(r=0.999 9)、0.56∽2.66μg(r=0.999 0)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为100.35%,(RSD为2.038%,)、99.77%(RSD为2.75%)。结论所建立的方法简单、灵敏、准确、重复性好。可用于降粘胶囊的质量控制。Objective To develop an HPLC method for the determination of salvianolic acid B and tanshinone Ⅱ A in Jiangnian capsule. Methods The sample was separated on ZORBX SB - ClS ( 150mm × 4.6mm, 5 μm) , with CH3 OH: HE O ( 75 : 25 ) , CH3 OH - CH3 CN - methanoic acid - H20 ( 30: 10: 1 : 59) solution by elution ; UV detection wavelength was at 270nm,284nm ; flow rate:l. 0mL/min; column temperature was at 25℃ Results The concentration of salvianolic acid B and tanshinone 1I A in Jiangnian capsule within 0.064- 0.304 μg ( r = 0.999 9 ) ,0.56 - 2.66 μg ( r = 0. 999 0 ) can have a good linear relationship, av- erage recovery is 100.35% ( RSD = 2.038% ) ,99.77% ( RSD = 2.75% ). Conclusion it is a simple, sensitive and good repeat- ability method and can be used to control the quality of Jiangnian capsule.
