摘　　要：目的建立妇康乐胶囊的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对丹参、赤芍、川牛膝等药材进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定丹酚酸B的含量。结果薄层图谱斑点清晰,分离效果好,阴性对照无干扰;丹酚酸B在0.232∽2.32μg线性范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 1,平均加样回收率为97.8%,RSD为1.2%。结论建立的质量标准简便可行,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective To establish the qualitative identification methods of Fukangle capsules. Methods Mihiorrhiza, Radix Pae- oniae Rubra, Cyathulae, etc in Fukangle capsules were indentified by TLC;Salvianolic acid B in Fukangle capsules was determined by HPLC. Results The TLC was clearly - spotted,well - separated and negative with no disturbance. Salvianolie acid B was in good linearity over the ranges of 0.232 N 2. 32μg （r = 0. 999 1 ）. Average recoveries were 97.8 % , respectively and RSD were 1.2% （n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, reliable and can be used for the quality control of Fukangle capsules.
