摘 要:目的探索不同炮制品山绿茶药材中绿原酸和芦丁的含量及其变化规律,为建立山绿茶最佳炮制工艺提供依据。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法测定不同炮制品山绿茶药材中绿原酸和芦丁的含量。结果绿原酸峰面积在进样量为0.10∽2.00μg之间呈良好的线性关系Y=4 021.7X+9.911 3,r=1.000 0,平均加样回收率为97.18%,RSD为1.27%,其中,传统炮制组含量最高:芦丁峰面积在进样量为0.25∽5.00μg之间呈良好的线性关系Y=1 258.8X-0.148 2,r=1.0000,平均加样回收率为99.36%,RSD为1.91%。结论建立含量测定方法可用于山绿茶及其炮制品的质量控制,绿原酸与芦丁含量均以传统炮制组含量最高。Objective To explore the Changing regularity of Chlorogenic acid and Rutin content in different processed llex hainanens/s Merr. was studied by HPLC. In order to decide the best processed methods. Methods Using RP - HPLC to determine the contents of Chlorogenic acid and Rutin in different processed Ilex hainanensis Merr.. Results Chlorogenic acid peak area in the sample volume was a good linear relationship between 0.10-2.00μg. The average recovery of 97.18% ,RSD wasl. 27% ,tradi- tion processing methods have highest Chlorogenic acid concentrations. The results also show that Rutin peak area in the sample volume was a good linear relationship between 0.25 - 5.00μg. The average recovery of 99.36% ,RSD wasl. 91% ,tradition processing methods have highest Rutin concentrations. Conclusion Establish a methods for HPLC content determination methods can be use for quality control of different processed of llex hainanensis Merr.. Tradition processing llex hainanensis Merr. has highest Chlorogenic acid and Rutin concentrations.
