摘　　要：图书采编工作效率的提升对于提高图书馆的文献利用率具有重要意义。现场采购、业务外包、新书直接上架等提升图书采编工作效率的手段虽然具有一定的效果,但都不能系统地解决问题。东莞图书馆采用的新书绿色通道在优化图书采编业务流程、缩短图书采编周期、提高图书采编质量等方面都具有积极作用,能够系统地提升图书采编工作效率。The improvement of the work efficiency of the book acquisition and cataloging has the important significance for increasing the utilization of the library literature. There are effective means which could promote the work efficiency of the book acquisition and cataloging, such as the on-the-spot acquisition, the outsourcing and the new book shelving directly, but they all could not solve problems systematically. The green channel for the new book that Dongguan Library used has positive roles in following aspects： optimizing the business process of the book acquisition and cataloging,shortening the cycle of the book acquisition and cataloging, and improving the quality of the book acquisition and cataloging, it could promote the efficiency of the book acquisition and cataloging systematically.
