摘 要:在灾后心理重建中,阅读治疗重在协助青少年通过阅读认识自己、接纳自己、完善自己,并实现自我与外在社会环境的和谐发展。国内外的研究经验表明,阅读治疗不仅可以协助灾后青少年表达创伤和降低焦虑,更可以促进其更好地自我觉察、理性思考与技能发展。因此,我国图书馆开展本土灾后青少年心理重建的阅读治疗服务,要从倡导阅读治疗参与心理重建的理念、构建阅读治疗参与心理重建的体系、壮大阅读治疗参与心理重建的队伍、丰富阅读治疗参与心理重建的形式及规范阅读治疗参与心理重建的流程5个层面着手。In the psychological reconstruction after disasters, the bibliotherapy focuses on assisting adolescents to recognize, accept and improve themselves through reading, and realizes the harmonious development between their own and the external social environment. The research experience at home and abroad has shown that the bibliotherapy could not only assist adolescents to express the trauma and reduce the anxiety, but also promote adolescents to perceive themselves, think rationally and develop skills. Therefore, developing the indigenous bibliotherapy service for the psychological reconstruction of adolescents after disasters, libraries in China should commence from following five levels, such as advocating the idea, constructing the system, strengthening the team, enriching the form and standardizing the process that the bibliotherapy participate in the psychological reconstruction.
