摘　　要：高校图书馆学位论文典藏过程中的交易成本主要包括时间机会成本、逆向选择和道德风险等。其中,时间机会成本的发生主要是由于学生信息素养差异化、图书馆被动式服务策略及图书馆组织设计的不完备造成的;逆向选择和道德风险则主要取决于学生学术素养的差异、学位论文的典藏机制和高校研究生学院论文保密机制设计以及学校学术委员会运行机制的不健全等。高校图书馆视角下交易成本和治理机制的匹配关系为:通过嵌入科研过程的信息素养教育可以降低高校学位论文典藏过程中的时间机会成本;通过嵌入科研过程的科技查新服务可以降低其逆向选择和道德风险。Transaction costs in the dissertation collection process of the university library are consisted of the opportunity cost of time, the adverse selection and the moral hazard, and so on. Thereinto, the occurrence of the opportunity cost of time is caused by the differentiation of students＇ information literacy, the passive service strategy of the library and the incomplete library organization design; the adverse selection and the moral hazard mainly rest with the difference of students＇ academic literacy, the disser- tation collection mechanism and the dissertation security mechanism design of the graduate school in the university and the unsound operating mechanism of the academic committee. Under the perspective of the university library, the matching relation between the transaction cost and the governance mechanism shows that embedding the information literacy to low opportunity cost of time in the dissertation collection process of the university, and embedding the service of the sci-tech novelty retrieval to reduce the adverse selection and the moral hazard in the research process.
