摘　　要：为明确高校图书馆如何在信息资源配置成本最低的情况下有效提高用户满意度,本文利用系统动力学的分析方法,发现高校图书馆信息资源配置系统包括了环境、实施和使用子系统,高校图书馆信息资源配置的关键因素包括信息资源总量、信息资源质量、信息资源种类、配置成本、用户满意度和用户需求,利用主要变量的仿真发现信息资源质量是影响用户满意度最重要的因素。Aiming to increase user satisfaction efficiently, this paper analyzes the allocation system of university library information resource with the method of system dynamics. The authors find out that the system consists of environment, implementation, and subsystems, and the key factors to the system arc the quantity, quality, and types of information resource, the costs, user satisfaetion as well as user demands. The quality of information resouree is the most important to user satisfaction after a simulation model is made for variable analysis.
