医务人员的总体幸福感及其与心理健康的关系

摘　　要：目的了解医务人员的总体幸福感水平及其与心理健康的关系。方法采用总体幸福感量表测查三甲综合医院、三甲精神专科医院和二甲综合医院医务人员的总体幸福感水平;用90项症状自评量表测查医务人员的心理健康水平。结果三甲综合医院(t=2.488,P<0.05)和精神专科医院(t=2.265,P<0.05)女性医务人员的总体幸福感明显高于二甲综合医院;三甲综合医院女性医务人员的90项症状自评量表得分显著高于三甲精神专科医院(强迫:t=3.133,P<0.01,人际关系:t=3.296,P<0.001,抑郁:t=2.024,P<0.05,焦虑:t=3.000,P<0.01,敌对:t=4.094,P<0.001,恐怖:t=4.165,P<0.001,偏执:t=2.759,P<0.01,精神病性:t=4.719,P<0.001,其它:t=4.052,P<0.001)和二甲综合医院(躯体化:t=5.089,P<0.001,强迫:t=2.694,P<0.01,人际关系:t=2.549,P<0.05,焦虑:t=4.614,P<0.001,恐怖:t=5.411,P<0.001,精神病性:t=4.504,P<0.001,其它:t=2.231,P<0.05);女性医务人员的总体幸福感与90项症状自评量表各因子得分均呈显著负相关(P均<0.05)。结论医院心理卫生工作的重点是女性医务人员。Objective To understand the level of general well-being and its relationship with mental health in medical worker .Meth-ods To measure the levels of general well-being and mental health by General well-being schedule and SCL -90 on the medical worker of a three level of first-class general hospital ,a three level of first-class psychiatric hospital and a two level of first-class general hospital , respectively.Results In the female medical workers ,the general well-being levels in the three level of first-class general hospital （ t=2.488, P〈0.05）or the psychiatric hospital（t=2.265 P〈0.05）were significantly higher than in the two level of first-class hospital. The accounts for SCL -90 in the three level of first-class general hospital were significantly higher compared to the three level of first-class psychiatric hospital（obsessive compulsive：t=3.133 P〈0.01,interpersonal sensitivity：t=3.296 P〈0.001,depression：t=2.024 P〈0.05,anxiety：t=3.000 P〈0.01,hostility：t=4.094 P〈0.001,photic anxiety：t=4.165 P〈0.001,paranoid ideation：t=2.759 P〈0.01,psychoticism：t=4.719 P〈0.001,additional items：t=4.052 P〈0.001）or the two level of first-class general hospital（somati-zation：t=5.089 P〈0.001,obsessive compulsive：t=2.694 P〈0.01,interpersonal sensitivity：t=2.549 P〈0.05,anxiety：t=4.614 P〈0.001,photic anxiety：t=5.411 P〈0.001,psychoticism：t=4.504 P〈0.001,additional items：t=2.231 P〈0.05）.The general well-being levels and the accounts of SCL -90 showed the conspicuous negative correlation in female medical worker （P〈0.05）.Con-clusion The focus group of the mental health work is the female medical worker on the hospital .
