唐山地震截瘫患者主观幸福感与应对方式

摘　　要：目的探讨唐山地震截瘫患者主观幸福感与应对方式的关系。方法用主观幸福感量表(GWB)与应对方式问卷对111名唐山地震截瘫患者进行调查。结果①不同性别的唐山地震截瘫患者(t=0.086,P>0.05)、不同婚姻状况(F=1.670,P>0.05)的截瘫患者主观幸福感总得分差异无统计学意义;②不同性别的截瘫患者在解决问题(t=2.144,P<0.05)、退避(t=2.061,P<0.05)因子的差异有统计学意义,不同婚姻状况截瘫患者在幻想(F=2.851,P<0.05)、合理化(F=4.284,P<0.01)因子的差异有统计学意义。③截瘫患者主观幸福感与解决问题(r=-0.209,P<0.05)、自责(r=-0.428,P<0.01)、退避(r=-0.428,P<0.01)和合理化(r=-0.265,P<0.01)相关,自责、退避、解决问题能预测主观幸福感25.9%的变异量。结论唐山地震截瘫患者主观幸福感较差,难以控制行为和情绪,对健康情况有更多的担心,培养成熟的应对方式有助于提高他们的主观幸福感。Objective To investigate the relationship between subjective well-being and coping styles of paraplegic patients on Tang-shan earthquake .Methods A total of 111 paraplegic patients on Tangshan earthquake were tested by General Well -Being Schedule （GWB）and coping style questionnaires（CSQ）.Results ①The differences of different sex（t=0.086,P〉0.05）and different marital status（F=1.670,P〉0.05）of paraplegic patients＇overall well-being scores were not statistically significant .②Paraplegic patients had sex differences in the dimension of problem-solving（t=2.144,P〈0.05）and evading（t=2.061,P〈0.05）.and paraplegic patients on Tangshan earthquake with different marital status had significant differences in the dimension of fantasy （F=2.851,P〈0.05）and ration-alizing（F=4.284,P〈0.01）.③There were significant relations between subjective well-being and problem-solving（r=-0.209,P〈0.05）,self-blaming（r=-0.428,P〈0.01）,evading（r=-0.428,P〈0.01） and rationalizing（r=-0.265,P〈0.01）.Self-blaming,eva-ding and rationalizing could forecast 25.9% the total variance of subjective well-being.Conclusion Paraplegia patients on Tangshan earthquake have poor subjective well-being,they are difficult to control the behavior and emotion ,and worry about health concerns .Devel-oping mature coping style is contribute to the subjective well-being of paraplegic patients on Tangshan earthquake .
