三拗片治疗儿童急性支气管炎75例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察三拗片治疗儿童急性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将150例急性支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各75例。对照组给予头孢克洛片20~50mg/(kg·d);咳嗽或咳喘的患儿加服复方甘草片,每次1~2片,每日3次;病毒感染患儿加服利巴韦林颗粒10~15mg/(kg·d)。治疗组患儿给予三拗片口服,年龄<3岁每次0.5g,每日2次;3+~6岁每次0.5g,每日3次;>6岁每次1.0g,每日3次。两组患儿均治疗1周后评价临床疗效,并观察治疗后两组患儿咳嗽、痰多、喘息症状的改善情况。结果治疗组患儿临床疗效愈显率为93.34%,明显高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05);治疗组患儿的咳嗽、痰多、喘息症状改善情况的总有效率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三拗片治疗儿童急性支气管炎疗效确切。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of San ao Tablet （三拗片 ） for children with acute bron- chitis. Methods Totally 150 children with acute bronchitis were randomized into the treatment group and control group, with 75 in each. The control group was given 20 -50 mg/（ kg· d） cefaclor tablets and liquorice tablets or ribavirin granules were added to children with cough or virus infections respectively. The treatment group was given San^ao Tablet （三拗片 ）. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after 1 -week treatment. The relief of cough, phlegm and wheezing was observed after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 93.34% and 84. 00% respectively, with a significant difference between groups （P 〈 0.05）. The total efficacy of symptom relief in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion San ao Tablet （三拗片 ） is effective for children with acute bronchitis.
