摘　　要：总结了21例膀胱肿瘤患者行回肠膀胱术后引流管及切口造口的护理。通过多管道的管理、采用湿性敷料与负压引流技术控制切口感染和促进愈合以及造口自我护理技能的指导和并发症的防治等措施,本组患者均得到及时有效治疗,顺利渡过围手术期,康复出院。This paper summarizes the nursing care of drainage tubes and stoma in 21 patients after ileal conduit operation.The measures included management of multiple drainaged tubes,using moist dressing and negative pressure drainage to prevent incision infection and promote incision healing,guidance of stoma care and prevention of postoperative complications.All the patients received timely and effective treatment and got through the perioperative period successfully.
