摘　　要：报告3例同种异体胸内大气管移植术患者围手术期护理。护理要点包括:术前心理护理;特殊体位的训练;I期异体气管存活的观察与护理;Ⅱ期胸内大气管异体移植术后护理,包括移植气管呼吸道护理;预防气管吻合口瘘的护理;排斥反应的观察。3例异体气管移植患者恢复良好,康复出院。This paper summarizes the experience of perioperative nursing for three patients with allogeneic tracheal transplantation.The key points in nursing were preoperative psychological care,posture training,observation of the viability of tracheal grafts,postoperative respiratory tract care,early detection and treatment of postoperative anastomotic leakage and acute rejection of tracheal grafts.All cases recovered well and were discharged from hospital without complications.
