摘　　要：总结18例接受限食疗法的2型糖尿病患者的护理。护理要点包括:缓冲期加强心理护理和相关健康教育;限食期重视预防及规范处理低血糖、处理饥饿感、补充水分、指导运动、监测尿酮体等;恢复期提醒患者稳步过渡饮食及加强出院指导。所有患者均全程完成限食疗法,在限食期间未发生不良事件。This paper summarizes the nursing care of 18 type 2 diabetic patients receiving supplemented fasting treatment.The key points in nursing were psychological nursing and health education during the buffer period,prevention and treatment of hypoglycemia and attacks of hunger,fluid supplement,exercises instruction and monitoring of urine ketone bodies during the supplemented fasting period,as well as guidance of gradual transition in diet intake in the restoration stage and discharge education.All patients completed supplemented fasting treatment and no adverse event was observed.
