47例多发性骨髓瘤患者皮下注射硼替佐米致不良反应的护理

摘　　要：总结47例硼替佐米皮下注射治疗多发性骨髓瘤患者不良反应的护理要点。47例多发性骨髓瘤患者使用硼替佐米治疗期间出现周围神经病变、消化道反应、带状疱疹、白细胞减少和皮疹等不良反应,通过正确使用药物,加强不良反应观察,并根据轻重程度给予个体化的对症护理,保证了治疗的顺利进行,所有患者均按疗程顺利完成治疗。This paper summarizes the observation and nursing care of 47 multiple myeloma patients with adverse drug reactions caused by subcutaneous injection of bortezomib.Peripheral neuropathy,gastrointestinal reactions,shingles,leucopenia and rash occurred in these patients.The nursing measures focused on close monitoring of adverse drug reactions and individualized treatment according to the severity of adverse drug reactions.All patients completed drug therapy according to schedule.
