摘　　要：目的描述脑卒中患者家庭功能与健康行为水平,并探讨二者关系。方法采用家庭功能评定量表、健康促进生活方式量表Ⅱ对88例脑卒中患者进行问卷调查。结果脑卒中患者家庭功能总分为(2.18±0.25)分,其中问题解决和角色功能维度的水平较高,沟通、情感介入和行为控制维度的水平较低;患者的健康行为总分为(2.27±0.36)分,其中营养维度水平最高,运动锻炼维度水平最低;脑卒中患者的家庭功能得分与健康行为呈负相关(r=-0.535,P<0.01)。结论脑卒中患者的家庭功能与健康行为水平均有待提高。医护人员应重点关注家庭功能中的沟通和行为控制方面的功能,促进其提高健康行为,尤其是在运动锻炼方面给予更多的指导和帮助。Objective To investigate the level of family function and health behaviors of stroke survivors and,to analyze the relationship between them.Methods Eighty-eight stroke survivors were investigated with Family Assessment Device（FAD） and Health Promoting Lifestyle ProfileⅡ （HPLP Ⅱ）.Results The mean score of the overall family function was 2.18±0.25; the problem-solving factor and role function factor got higher scores,while communication factor,affection involvement factor and behavior control factor got lower scores.The mean score of the overall health behaviors was 2.27±0.36; the nutrition factor got the highest score and the exercise factor got the lowest score.The score of family function was negatively correlated with the score of health behaviors（r=-0.535,P＜0.01）.Conclusions The family function and health behaviors of stroke survivors need to be further improved.Health care workers should pay close attention to communication and behavior control in family function of patients,provide more guidance to promote their health behaviors.
