摘  要:为了明确黄淮麦区春化基因显隐性组成在小麦品种中的分布情况,揭示品种的发育特性.以Vrn-A1,VrnB1,Vrn-D1和Vrn-B3以及Vrn-D1启动子区单核苷酸突变引物为STS分子标记,对黄淮麦区的91个品种进行了分子标记检测.结果显示,所有供试材料在Vrn-A1和Vrn-B3位点均检测为隐性.在Vrn-B1位点,有6个品种检测为显性(6.6%),其余均为隐性.在Vrn-D1位点,黄淮麦区的品种中有38份材料为显性基因(41.8%),53份为隐性基因(58.2%),在38份显性材料中,有18份材料为Vrn-D1a类型(47.4%),有20份材料为Vrn-D1b类型(52.6%).研究认为,Vrn-D1a和Vrn-D1b可以作为黄淮麦区小麦品种的弱春性和半冬性的有效分子标记.In order to identify the distribution characteristics of the allelic composition of the vernaliza- tion genes and its relationship with growth habit of wheat (Triticum aestivum L. ) cuhivars in Huang- huai wheat region, the allelic composition of the vernalization gene Vrn-A1, Vrn-B1, Vrn-D1, Vrn-B3 and single nucleotide mutation primers in the loci of Vrn-D1 promoter region of 91 wheat cultivars were analyzed using the sequence-specific PCR. The results showed that no dominant allele of Vrn-A1 or Vrn-B3 was found in the wheat cuhivars in this study. 6 materials (6.6%) were dominant in the Vrn- B1 locus. In the loci of Vrn-D1, 38 materials (41.8%) in Huang-huai region had the dominant gene and 53 (58.2%) for the recessive gene in the Vrnl locus. There were 18 germplasms for the Vrn-Dla type (47.4%) and 20 Vrn-Dlb (52.6%) type in the 38 dominant cultivars. The results showed that Vrn-Dla and Vrn-Dlb were an effective molecular marker for weak spring and facultative wheat in huang-huai region.
