摘 要:为测算洋浦经济开发区污染物的排放对近岸海域海洋环境的影响,设计了2套污水排海方案,并通过二维污染物对流扩散方程计算出洋浦经济开发区近岸海域海洋环境容量.计算结果表明,在给定排污方案(情景1和情景2)条件下,洋浦开发区情景1和情景2 CODMn的最大允许排放量分别为58 844,90 668 t·a-1;氨氮的最大允许排放量分别为6 076,7 132 t·a-1;石油类的最大允许排放量分别为4 276,5 565 t·a-1.拟议规划海域水环境容量较大,洋浦经济开发区规划实施后,规划区排放的COD、氨氮和石油类污染物均未超过最大允许排放量,且COD和石油类污染物占最大允许排放量比值较低,海域还有环境容量.Two sewage discharge plans were designed to calculate the effect of industrial pollutants of the Yangpu economic development on the surrounding coastal waters marine environment. The Yangpu inshore marine environmental capacity was calculated by two-dimensional pollutants convection-diffu- sion equation. The results show that under the given discharge program (Scenario 1 and Scenario 2) conditions, the maximum allowable emissions scenario 1 and scenario 2 CODM. of Yangpu Economic Development Zone were 58 844 t · a^-1 and 90 668 t · a^-1 respectively; the maximum allowable emis- sions of ammonia were 6 076 t · a^-1 and 7 132 t · a^-1 respectively; the maximum allowable emissions of petroleum were 4 276 t · a^-1 and 5 565 t · a^-1 respectively. As the proposed planning waters has a larger sea water environment capacity, after the implementation of the Yangpu Economic Development Zone, the COD, ammonia nitrogen and oil pollutant discharge from the planning area wiu not exceed the maximum allowable emission amount. As the ratio of COD and oil percentage in the maximum al- lowable emissions of pollutants is still low, the seas still have large water environmental capacity.
